Committee Members,

As we approach the end of another successful school year, we remind you that we are in need of donations and volunteers for a few of our last fundraising events.  We thank you and appreciate the support that you have shown thus far, and in our efforts to continue to  provide support to the school and our young ladies your continued support is needed.

Graduation:
-  Volunteers/Chaperones are needed to work graduation on Sat., June 2, 2012

- SPIN will be selling concession items and balloons during graduation

Senior Prom:
- Volunteers/Chaperones are needed to work the Senior Prom After Party to be held on Thurs., May 31, 2012 (more information will be forthcoming )

Please respond to  SPIN.Committee@gmail.com to let us know what you can donate and/or what time (s) you are able volunteer; there will also be sign-up sheets at our next meeting on Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 6pm.

 The following items can be purchased at Sam’s Club, or you can give a monetary donation

• Hotdogs

• Hamburgers

• Chips

• Water

• Sodas/Fruit Juice/Tea

• Candy/Snacks (Fruit/Granola Bars, Peanuts, Cheese Crackers, Starburst, M&M’s, Skittles, etc.)

• Plates

• Napkins

• Italian Ice (Cherry/Watermelon/Apple)

• Balloons (Graduation/Red/Black/White/Congratulations)
